Comme je l'avais dit il y a plusieurs années, la France et l'Inde discutent depuis longtemps de la commande G2G d'un deuxième batch de 36 Rafale construits en France. Les 18 évoqués récemment seront, vous vous en doutez, négociés âprement par Éric Trappier pour être doublés. Nous verrons s'il réussit. Quand à la chaîne installable en Inde, elle sera destinée à l'assemblage, comme celle de Mérignac. Les pièces ou tronçons étant quasi totalement construits en France chez nos industriels. Bien sûr, les Indiens produiront quelques éléments (c'est le cas déjà de quelques trappes de visite). Mais on ne peut pas annoncer que des Rafale seront "construits" en Inde... Comme je le disais dans le temps, "ils seront assemblés et partiellement construits" dans le sous-continent.

En matière de contrepartie, est toujours d'actualité le minimum d'assemblage de cent exemplaires pour installer une chaîne en Inde. Dassault, ses partenaires et la France devront donc recevoir des Indiens l'assurance officielle des commandes nécessaires. De plus, celles-ci ne comprendraient que des EH/DH (pas de NH assemblés en Inde)... C'est ce qui est dans les clous aujourd'hui mais demain est un autre jour.

Si la garantie est assurée par Dassault, et ce sera le cas, cela ne posera pas de problèmes.

La cadence maximale de production des pièces du Rafale est de 5 pour certains sous-traitants. La cadence maximale d'assemblage de la chaîne de Mérignac est de 3. Il reste donc une cadence maximale d'assemblage de 2 disponible pour l'Inde. L'assemblage des Rafale en Inde pour les appareils acquis par ce pays et ceux des Extrême et Moyen Orient, ainsi que leur maintenance, j'en avais évoqué les négociations il y a déjà 5 ou 6 ans (c'est si lointain que je ne me souviens pas précisément :) )

Quand on dit qu'un Rafale sera utilisé comme banc d'essais pour un nouveau moteur, cela ne veut pas dire que les Rafale seront équipés du dit moteur...

Plus qu'une volonté commune d'avancer, c'était une négociation commune avancée... Qui se concrétisera cette année, concomitamment à la commande d'une seconde tranche d'appareils.

Mouais... Mais le N n'ayant jamais volé, comment le B et le M le peuvent-ils ??? À moins que les C et N ne fassent en fait qu'un... Ta démonstration deviendrait ainsi : "Il n'y a que deux modèles le C et le C : le Rafale B n'est qu'un C avec l'avant du C et un train avant de C et le Rafale M n'est qu'un C avec l'avant d'un C et un train avant de C." Cela voudrait donc dire que les Rafale B, C, M et N sont tous des C. Correct ? "De rien" ne se dit pas ! Au coin avec le bonnet d'âne !!! :)

Challenge du jour : serais-tu capable de faire la même démonstration, mais à l'envers ??? ;)

C'est exactement ce que nous avait annoncé un contributeur de Indian Defence Forum il y a quelques années. Assemblage total en Inde pour les ventes en Inde et Extrême-Orient, fabrication de quelques pièces en Inde. Tout cela est dans les clous depuis longtemps, en prenant en compte la conception indienne du temps qui passe...

Pour la Suisse, l'Irak, la Malaisie, le Qatar et la Finlande on n'en parle pas. Ce qui est en discussion actuellement est : Égypte 24, Inde 36 et pas game over, Indonésie 36 ou 48, EAU 50 ou 60, Croatie 12 ou 18 (pour un montant inférieur à celui de 12 Viper) . Voilà pour le moment.

Moi, je n'avancerais pas ces nombres là....

C'est un ancien pilote de Harrier de l'Indian Navy. J'ai discuté à plusieurs reprises avec lui de nos carrières militaires respectives et je l'ai trouvé fort sympathique. Il croit vraiment en ses projets mais, pour ma part, je les trouve bien utopiques.
