Colombian Kfir Pilot Killed in a Crash A Kfir TC.12 fighter jet belonging to the Colombian air force (FAC), crashed Tuesday (18 February 2014) on a training mission, killing one of the two pilots and injuring the other. The two-seat fighter jet identified as tail# FAC3006 crashed at 4:53 p.m. local time. It was on a training mission, performing combat manoeuvres over the municipality Norcasia in central Colombia. According to the report one of the pilots managed to eject from the plane before it crashed, the other did not survive. Arrivée du premier PC-21 qatari ! Stans, Pilatus Aircraft vient de débuter les essais du premier exemplaire du PC-21 destiné à l’Armée de l’air du Qatar. Le Qatar a commandé en juillet 2012, un total de 24 avions école de nouvelle génération PC-21 pour un montant de 600 millions de francs suisses. Les PC-21 serviront à former les étudiants de la toute nouvelle académie de pilotes militaires de l'émirat. La livraison des avions est prévue, pour mi-2014 et l'entraînement devrait débuter en 2015. Le contrat comprend également la fourniture de systèmes de formation au sol, d’un simulateur et du matériel associé, ainsi que des services de maintenance. Le premier PC-21 qatari no : QA350 a débuté ses essais au sol avant son premier vol prévu ces prochains jours. Le Qatar va devenir le cinquième pays à introduire le PC-21 en tant qu’avion école de nouvelle génération, après l'Arabie saoudite, Singapour, la Suisse et les Emirats Arabes Unis. http://psk.blog.24heures.ch/

Le Caire, le gouvernement intérimaire de l'Egypte, installé par l'armée en juillet 2013 est au plus mal avec ses relations avec les USA, par contre le beau fixe règne avec la Russie.
