Pour la Gazelle Viviane HOT, elle peut les embarquer en hiver ou pendant des journées/saisons plus froides. ;)

A noter, que les Australiens veulent expédier leur ARH Tiger là-bas, pour 2012.

print screen (c'est une touche de ton clavier) puis après tu ouvres un logiciel de retouche (paint suffit) et tu colles l'image. Après, tu n'a plus qu'à redimensionner.

sinon sur mac, cmd+alt+4 et là tu peux directement sélectionner ce que tu veux copier.

Vu l'agglutinement d'Aéroplanes il faudra trouver une solution . Soit étendre encore plus la piste .. Soit créer une nouvelle base Aérienne relativement éloignée . Mais pour qu'elle soit viable il faudrait une grande ville à proximité , et , bien sur la géographie (type plateau je crois) , la roche adéquate .

Ca soit pas être très simple ..

Ce reportage photo est superbe ; sur les nombreuses photos où on le voit de en vol de face on se rend compte que le Tigre offre vraiment peu de surface à l'adversaire sous cet angle. Et idem de dos. Les ingéniueurs ont vraiment bien travaillé à réduire la vulnérabilité de l'engin pour en faire l'arme anti-guérilla de contact idéale !

J'espère que nos 3 Tigre déployés en A.....stan seront bientôt complétés par 2 ou 3 autres, histoire d'augmenter la contribution de notre pays à la nécessaire victoire qu'il faut remporter sur ces salopards de Talebs =|

Si Bruno, tu as vu l'entiereté du diaporama du Thomas Gouisque avec les commentaires.Tu auras souligné que les australiens veulent déployer leurs ARH Tiger à partir de 2011/2012.Que les allemands n'ont pas encore déployés les leurs, ainsi que l'AVES.

Donc, croire que l'on peut faire comme les britanniques avec le parc important d'Apache et les Chinook/Merlin/Sea King, c'est compromis.

First Missions a Success for the Tiger

Three French Army Tiger helicopters have logged an average availability rate of 95% since being deployed to Afghanistan in August, according to Safran. (Eurocopter file photo)Since August 10, 2009, the three Tiger combat helicopters deployed by France in Kabul have been playing an active operational role in Afghanistan.

After arriving in Afghanistan in July 2009, the three helicopters from the 5th Combat Helicopters Regiment, Pau, first of all underwent firing certification tests. These tests were successfully completed, and the Tigers and their crews were then granted "full operational capability", authorizing them to serve as part of the ISAF (International Security Assistance Force).

They are today part of the "Musketeer Task Force" which comprises the 11 French helicopters deployed at Kabul airport (three EC725 Caracals, two AS 532 Cougars, three SA 342 Gazelles and three EC 665 Tigers).

Availability and reliability

The Tigers put in around 30 hours of flight time each per month in support of the French Forces and the ISAF. The aircraft and their crews also remain on alert day and night, ready to scramble at short notice in order to take part in all kinds of missions: reconnaissance, escort, fire support, etc. The first five months of operation have demonstrated that the helicopter is highly reliable, that its engines are capable of handling the most extreme flight conditions and that its weapons system is well-suited to operational requirements.

Depending on the situation, the Tiger can fly at a high altitude or at tactical combat flight profile in order to avoid small arms fire while benefiting from an accurate view of the combat environment thanks to the power of the Strix visor designed by Sagem (Safran group). The crews are also impressed by the complementarity of the various optical, TV and thermal imaging channels.

Despite the altitude of Kabul airport (1,800 m) and temperatures in excess of 35°C in the summer, the Tiger has always been able to operate at its maximum take-off weight of 6.4 metric tons for missions lasting up to three hours.

Since arriving in the Afghan theater of operations, the Tiger helicopters have maintained an availability level of around 95%: a remarkable statistic for such a relatively young aircraft.

Visiblement malgré la puissance raisonnable le rendement est bon et ne génère pas de grosses limitations, pendant que les gazelles a peine chargées ont du mal a voler 1h30 je crois ... l'arrivée du moteur +14% avec les HAD devrait permettre au bébé de voler très chargé même dans des conditions délicates. Ca laisse des marge d'évolution niveau blindage ou équipement.
