There is no real connection between him and airforce pilots and officers... croatie is extremly slow in decision and that is something no one can understand any more in croatia. But reason may be in unofficial information - Greece wants to take +12 rafales for croatia ang offer Mirage 2000 (or even F-16 b30). France is part of that potential deal and all three parties are in negotiation...unofficialy. about F-35 - Croatia was collecting infos on possible offers in 2018/19 including F-35 but it is not good for Croatia , we need 2 planes biseats.

is FOMEDEC/MENTOR programe on PC21 live, and alphajet is out ? How was organised indian transition on Rafale and what time it took to get indian pilots on rafale. Indian pilots were also on MIG as croatia is. Did they went on PC21+simulator and then on Rafale two seat as transition ? how long transition takes time (heures vol on PC21+heures vol on rafale) ?

what is supported availability percentage for Rafale export deals so far - 65% , 75% ? And what is the time of Follow on Support for export deals so far - 3,4,5 years ? P. S I understand it is value depending on Customer needs...but how is that for Greece, India...

Croatian PrimeMinister Plenković yesterday has stated the "process in not in focus right now becouse of earthquake...we will wait...". President Milanovic stated "waiting must be not too long...it must be done in next few months...and ended up to end od 2021." President also stated the problematic economic criteria for implementing euro in Croatia, plus zagreb and Petrinja eartquake plus COVID (we also had a devastating floods near Split this year) ...economy is devastated in general. It is so depressing, such a bad year and years yet to come

J'ai peur que 2024 soit trop loin pour la Croatie ... sauf peut-être avec quelques avantages financiers supplémentaires comme un report de paiement ou une prolongation du remboursement pour peut-être 15 ans. Dassault n'a pas encore abandonné et la Croatie n'a pas abandonné Rafala. Des pourparlers de paiement supplémentaires sont nécessaires. SAAb est le plus rapide ici maintenant

La Croatie a un problème imprévu, un double tremblement de terre dévastateur + covid. Par conséquent, il est officieusement demandé de différer le paiement jusqu'à la livraison des premières pièces. seul SAAB serait prêt pour un tel arrangement pour le moment.

Année de livraison is the main problem to Croatie ! Armee de l'Air wont let to loose extra 12 operational Rafales before Parly ordre extra 12 neufs, as same as she did for Grece ,it looks so.

yes, only on documents provided by constructeurs . And by visiting operators of the platforms, gathering their expirience. we are not rich enough to do something like Finland This is only text in last few days wich is not SAAB's paid promo. And this one it is not a fully reliable

these last few days SAAB is having a big media/PR operation in Croatia...they are bombing the media daily . On Rafale we have some media unofficiall info's like (https://www.jutarnji.hr/vijesti/hrvatska/svi-detalji-nabave-borbenih-aviona-kolika-je-cijena-zrakoplova-koji-su-rokovi-isporuke-15012432) - F3R (oldest ones are 10 years) - some are from OPEX - first 6 rafale could be delivered in 2024. - price for whole package is under 1 mlrd Eur (wich was expected) - training up to 18 months So there could be a serious problem with Rafale , if it is true, most important is delivery in 2024. ! It is too long and that is maybe the most important variable for Croatia. We are loosing MIG's in 2023/24. And could be the most expensive per heures vol. Is there any credible france info on prix heures vol for Rafale ?

ohh, OK, sorry Croatia have Tactical-Tehnical study on new fighter jet wich defines minimal 12 fighterjets, consists of 10 singleseats and 2 biseats for training. TT study is still active (https://vlada.gov.hr/vijesti/odrzana-prva-sjednica-medjuresornog-povjerenstva-za-nabavu-visenamjenskoga-borbenog-aviona/26455) and is fundamental document in this process, so it is impossible to aquire 12 biseats. If DGA offers 12 biseats they cant win in Croatia. On 12. december we will know everything about all the offers.

@ARPA it must be a mistake, croatia seeks for 10 one-seaters and 2 bi-seaters. "Ou à l'iranienne, il faut de la place pour le commissaire politique qui surveille le pilote ?" this is completly wrong , no such intention in Croatia.

US gave aproval for israeli b30 even the first time, but in condition as they were delivered to Israel in 80's, without any after upgrades and israeli technologies. And Croatia said No to that deal. So I dont see way how the b30 could be the winner this time, especially becouse the price will be higher this time. I think the Dassault is the major favorite , but only if they could set price for whole package between 850 mil - 1 mlrd euros. But rafale could be to expencive for croatian airforce regarding his price per hour flight F-16 b70 is expected to be cca 1,5 mlrd , and SAAB could go around 750 - 850 .

I will keep you all informed as soon as we got official Goverment info on offers. Unofficially , Gripen is C/D , not from production line , but 12 of 14 already manufactured stored, So basiclly it is not new. Also , unofficially USA offers model on 8 F-16 b70/72 +optional 4 more.

Honnêtement, je ne suis pas sûr que des offres simultanées pour la grèce et la croatie pour 12 + 12 d'occasion, ainsi que la charge de la flotte française et des ressources de formation soient possibles et réalisables. Je pense que la Croatie pourrait perdre de cette histoire sur Rafale
