La Thaïlande cherche un remplaçant au L-39 ! La Thaïlande exploite 36 L-39ZA/ART qui ont été commandés en mars 1992 pour remplacer en priorité les Lockheed T-33/RT-33. Le premier appareil a été officiellement livré le 15 octobre 1993.
