Twenty-two nations, 42 ships, six submarines, more than 200 aircraft and 25,000 personnel will participate in the biennial Rim of the Pacific (RIMPAC) exercise scheduled June 29 to Aug. 3, in and around the Hawaiian Islands. The U.S. Navy's X-47B Unmanned Combat Air System demonstrator flies over Edwards during a routine test mission. The UCAS-D program conducted the airworthiness test phase for the X-47B at Edwards, which came to a successful conclusion May 15 after more than two years of testing. Sinon, je rappelle qu'au début des années 1970, il y a plusieurs cas d'incendie criminels à bord de bateaux américains de la parts de conscrit qui étaient contre la guerre du Viet Nam, cela à touché en autre un porte-avions.

Pour l'avoir vu en demo a Fairford, c'est quand meme un sacre truc!
