faut aussi voir si il parle uniquement du renseignement militaire ou bien du renseigement tout court (militaire, polotique, économique, ...), et voir la qualité de ce renseignement (ex entre 'tel brigade se trouve dans ce secteur' et 'voici les coordonnées GPS du QG de la brigade')

c'est normal, les russes ont complété la prise des deux villes et sont dans la phase post-combat : nettoyage des différents secteurs, rotation des troupes, mise en place des routes et points d'approvisonnement, ... C'est ce qui arrive après chaque grosse prise, et les russes vont reprendre leurs actions offensives dans quelques semaines

une autre attaque d'Oreshnik a eu lieu dans l'oblast de Lviv

j'avais vu une vidéo sur youtube sur l'intérêt du pétrole vénézuélien pour les États-Unis, et l'une des raisons évoquées étaient que les grosses raffineries du Sud-Est du pays ne peuvent traité que le pétrole lourd, qu'on ne trouve en quantité abondante qu'en Russie et Venezuela.

Je ne vois aucun scénario ou la Russie accepte de payer des réparations a l'Ukraine, au pire elle accepterait l'idée américaine de l'investissement des fonds bloquée sous contrôle Russo-Américain.

pour ce qui est en cours : - Siversk a été prise, les russes continuent a avancé rapidement a l'Ouest de la ville - Kupiansk, c'est toujours confus, les ukrainiens et les russes avancent chacun de leur bord - Myrnoghrad, la poche est quasiment prise, il ne reste que quelques quartiers aux mains des ukrainiens dans la ville - Gulyapole, les russes ont pris la moitié de la localité, et et ont aussi pris du terrain a Nord et au Sud de celle-ci - Lyman, pas de mouvement

C'est certain que cette contre-attaque ukainienne reste quasiment anecdotique si on prend la situation sur les différents fronts comme tu l'as bien présenté, mais Zelensky a besoin d'un coup d'éclat pour renforcer sa position dans les négociations avec les américains, et le choix s'est porté sur Kupiansk

C'est toujours la course contre la montre a Kupiansk. Les ukrainiens essaient de reprendre la ville tandis que les russes poussent pour établir de nouvelles lignes de ravitaillement Update from the Kupyansk direction: Both Russian and Ukrainian forces are continuing their assault operations, each advancing on a different side of the Oskil River. In the southwestern part of Kupyansk, Ukrainian forces continued their clearing operations and recaptured additional positions on Levadna and Dmytriyivska Streets and in the garage cooperative. They also recaptured the rest of the houses west of the Yuvileynyi high-rise micro-district and entered its southern apartment buildings as well as the boarding school. Other forces are now trying to bypass it from the north and enter another garage cooperative, in an attempt to encircle the remaining Russian soldiers in the northern high-rise buildings. In the western part of Kupyansk, the Ukrainians continued to clear the residential blocks west of the railway line and reached the highway. Fighting is also ongoing for the "Comb" stronghold, which contains 19 high-rise buildings and several other smaller buildings. In the northern part of Kupyansk, Ukrainian forces continued their assault operations and finally managed to consolidate on Michurina and Mechnikova Streets, thereby physically cutting all Russian ground supply into the western part of the city. Additionally, they were able to consolidate in new residential areas in and around Lenina Street and entered the city centre from the north where they are trying to clear the Spartak Stadium, School No. 6, and a number of surrounding apartment buildings. North of Kupyansk, Ukrainian forces captured the rest of the enterprises on the northern outskirts of the city and entered the nearby forests. Additionally, at some point recently, they re-established full control over the village of Radkivka. Further north, Ukrainian forces consolidated in the western streets of Kindrashivka, which were already in the grey-zone. They then consolidated in the treelines north of Kindrashivka and entered the eastern part of the village, forcing the Russian formations stationed there to withdraw east and allowing for the settlement to be brought back under full Ukrainian control. From there, the Ukrainians began a push to the north, recapturing two large forests on either side of the R-79 Highway. East of Kupyansk, over the last week, Russian forces have been carrying out a series of assault operations aimed at eliminating the Ukrainian presence northeast of Kupyansk. They were able to capture the remaining industrial buildings on the eastern edge of the city and began pushing through Ukrainian positions in the forests further east. As a result, the Russians entered the southwestern houses of Kucherivka and captured a large part of the settlement. This forced the remaining Ukrainian formations to withdraw from Synkivka and the nearby areas, officially ending a nearly 2.5-year-long battle for this village, and allowing for the Russians to nearly fully secure the area north of the Hnylytsya River. La situation est critique pour les russes a Kupiansk, ils sont dans un encerclement opérationnel. Les voies de ravitaillement vers la ville ont été coupé après les dernières avancées ukrainiennes au Nord de la ville.

En temps de paix ca parait aberrant, et en temps de guerre c'est bien pratique! Les russes (et soviètiques avant ca) ont toujours privillégié la rusticité. L'exemple que j'avais trouvé le plus frappant c'était après la chute du mur, un pilote occidental qui s'étonait de la capacité des avions soviètiques a décoller de n'importe quel bout de piste car le moteur des avions avait été concu de manière a gérer les debris externes, tandis qu'il fallait passer la piste au peigne fin avant de pouvoir faire décoller leurs F-16

Il y'a aussi un regain d'activité le long du Dniepr, dans Zaporizhia. Les Russes ont réussi a encercler Stepnohirs'k et sont en passe de prendre le village, ce qui leur donnerait un solide ancrage dans ce secteur, et permettrait de prendre a revers la 1ère ligne de défense (celle qui commence au niveau de Halioupol)
