Le Caesar est bien connu et depuis longtemps de l'US Army, voire de l'USSOCOM à l'époque...

l'industrialisation aux USA et l'emploi qui en sera fait par l'US Army pèseront lourd sur le choix à effectuer. Cela change des M-777 et derniers M-109 qui n'ont pas fait montre d'une grande résilience en Ukraine. Nous verrons bien...

120 Caesar en Ukraine
