Il faut être naïf pour croire que Wagner est une SMP désintéressée dont les actions n'entrent pas pleinement dans un plan étatique, voir désormais avec l'OMS un plan de guerre tout court. Il faut aussi être assez naïf pour ne pas voir les liens directs entre Wagner et l'armée russe.
